Being from the South, I have no reason to wipe the smile off my face a week later. Starting last Friday, snow pounded the streets of Prague for four continuous days and piled up easily over a foot! Only in ski resorts had I ever seen anything like this before in my life. Today it’s still around, but only looks like Coke Icee’s in public spaces.Several of us took advantage of the great conditions to go sledding. Not once, not twice, but three times in three days. I believe we are all still paying for being older than we are willing to admit to and taking a few risks because of our amazing equipment!
